The funding model of ENRAH is based on projects from European or national sources. In addition, ENRAH is supported from membership fees and it is open for  private donations and sponsorship.

ENRAH has initiated and successfully submitted project proposals to the Framework Program 6 , FP6, and the Public Health Program 2007 of the European Commission. From April 2005 through June 2007, it has coordinated the FP 6 funded project ENRAH for SMEs . Currently, ENRAH is co-funded  through the ongoing project nEUroped by the Public Health Program 2007 of DG SANCO.
